The Challenge
A sloped backyard with limited flat ground left the homeowners with unusable space and no clear way to connect the kitchen door to the yard.
The Design Solution
We designed a two-tier composite deck with a stone planter acting as a retaining edge and a wide stairs connecting the levels to the garden.
The Result
The family gained distinct dining and lounge zones and a seamless path to the yard — usable space where there was a slope.
