The Challenge
A garage-level build required the deck to clear a roofline while staying stable on a raised foundation surrounded by rock beds.
The Design Solution
We engineered an elevated frame over the garage, framed in rock-garden beds at the base, and finished with powder-coated railing.
The Result
A dramatic elevated platform that doesn't dominate the home and integrates with the existing landscape.
